(the unofficial guide to CMJ-worthy footwear)

Shoe shopping is an art form, one which I have spent a lifetime perfecting. My friend Kim’s boyfriend Trevor, aka “Treverton,” aka, “Diva Boy III” is playing the CMJ festival, and she has asked me to help her find the perfect pair of shoes for the occasion since I am the ultimate shoe master. We both know it’s impossible for me to go on shoe shopping without purchasing a pair for myself, and thus, I will peruse my closet to see what additions need to be made. Kim thinks I am ridiculous to even entertain the idea of owning another pair of shoes. She says that if I am able to list every pair of shoes I own without peeking in my closet, she will allow me to buy another pair. Hardly a challenge. I cannot only name my shoes, I can tell her which shoes go with which shows.
